河南工业和信息化职业学院 关于做好2022-2023学年度家庭经济困难学生认定工作的通知

为进一步做好家庭经济困难学生资助工作,确保每一位家庭经济困难新生顺利入学顺利完成学业,现就我校2022-2023学年家庭经济困难学生认定工作通知如下:

一、认定时间

2022 9月3—9月21

 二、认定办法

具体认定范围、认定原则、认定标准、认定程序及后续管理按照《河南工业和信息化职业学院家庭经济困难学生认定办法》和本通知要求执行。

三、认定范围

 职: 20级、21级、22518级、5193218级

五年制: 521级、522

四、认定要求

(一)认真落实建档立卡学生资助政策

按照《河南省教育脱贫专项方案》要求落实对建档立卡家庭学生的资助工作。对于建档立卡学生的认定,不在国家资助系统提供的建档立卡名单里的学生需提供相关证明材料(有县级以上扶贫部门专用章家庭经济困难学生认定申请表在国家资助系统提供的建档立卡名单里的学生,只需提供家庭经济困难学生认定申请表建档立卡家庭学生须认定为家庭特殊困难学生。

做好重点家庭经济困难学生认定工作。

重点家庭经济困难学生主要包括农村低保家庭学生、农村特困救助供养学生、孤残学生、烈士子女以及家庭遭遇自然灾害或突发事件等特殊情况的学生。对重点家庭经济 (三)做好其他家庭经济困难学生认定工作。

其他家庭经济困难学生认定,需要学生提供相应的证明材料(如果没有不提供,《家庭经济困难学生认定申请表》。其他家庭经济困难学生,需根据学生提供的材料,结合学生家庭调查情况可被认定为家庭特殊困难、家庭困难和家庭一般困难。

(四)各系部对学生各项证明材料及《家庭经济困难学生认定申请表》的完整性、真实性进行认真核查,确定学生家庭困难等级组织被认定学生按规定格式填写《家庭经济困难学生认定申请表》,同时根据其家庭情况在“河南省高校学生资助业务系统”进行认定操作,并将《家庭经济困难学生认定申请表》和《家庭经济困难学生认定申请表》按照规定时间学生处审核。

(五)家庭经济困难学生的认定结果,将作为资助家庭经济困难学生(评定励志奖学金、助学金)的依据。希望各系部提高认识,加强领导,统筹安排,精心组织,全面做好家庭经济困难学生认定工作,确保我校2022-2023学年度家庭经济困难学生资助工作顺利开展。

(六)做好绿色通道工作,确保2022家庭经济困难学生顺利入学。
